The data controller is MOCHIRON Co., Ltd., Beppu, Oita, Japan, which operates Trade Show Guide Japan. You can reach us through the contact page.

When you submit a form on this site we collect only what you type into it, which can include:

• Your name, email address, company and country.
• The show, service or topic you are asking about and your message.
• The page you submitted from and campaign details in the link you used, so we can route your request.

We do not ask for payment details, passport numbers or other sensitive data. Please do not include them in messages.

• To reply to your request, which is our legitimate interest and, where you ask us to act, steps at your request.
• To send show alerts you signed up for, based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve the site using analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

If you ask for an introduction to a service provider, such as Print Japan or a partner, we share the details you submitted with that provider so they can reply. We do not sell personal data.

Form submissions are stored in a restricted-access system used by our team, and may be processed on servers outside your country, including in Japan and the United States. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, and keep alert subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to its use, or to withdraw consent. Under the GDPR you can also complain to your local data protection authority, and under the APPI you can request disclosure or correction of retained personal data.
